In advance of the procurement budget and schedules of the project are discussed and determined, so that a maximum of transparency and certainty in relation to arising costs can be guaranteed.
We are proud that many of these collaborations over several years can be characterized as successful team work. After a successful project closure commissions are often extended to
additional services such as managing the product portfolio or the development of a design language.
Within the frame of mandate commissions it is especially important to build upon existing processes and guidelines of the companies to ensure an efficient course of the project. In addition, we also take on the challenge to analyze existing structures and to work out potential ways to improve them. Hereby we can contribute to improving the efficiency of the process as well as to increasing the acceptance of new product solutions.
Still a new form of cooperation to us is to make alliances with companies during their foundation phase.
We believe that the prospects of new entrants will be improved through effective partnerships, when cooperative people with complementary competencies believe in the same idea. That is what we are looking for and we are willing to take over part of the business risk by putting involvement in the place of a fixed fee.
We don’t only contribute our accumulated know-how in terms of product development to such an alliance, but more than in other collaborations we help to establish the brand at all levels.
