Deeluxe

Deeluxe again presented an entire collection of Snowboardboots on ISPO fair in February 2011 designed by Frackenpohl Poulheim. This year´s focus was the newly developed C3 Concept Boot, that stands for a paradigm shift in Snowboardboot construction. The inner boot is directly stitched to the upper, so that parts of the outsole could be dropped and the rider enjoys a much straighter access to the board control. Furthermore the Flexzone of the boot has been reinvented. The upper omits reinforcement and support elements in the ankle area, so that unwanted bulging can be avoided. At the same time, the innovatively designed lacing closes exactly this area and gives demanded strength to the boot system.
